Who we are
Baltic Yachting Club ("we") operates this website and the sailing school in Tallinn. For data questions, contact info@byc.ee.
What data we collect and why
Through the contact form we collect only the data we need: your name, email address, optionally a phone number, and your message. We use it solely to respond to your enquiry about courses. We do not collect any other personal data and do not use it for advertising.
Analytics
With your consent we use Cloudflare Web Analytics — cookieless visit statistics that do not track individual users. Without consent, no analytics is loaded.
Retention
Form messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and are deleted once it is resolved (typically within 12 months).
Who has access
Only club staff handling enquiries can access your message. We do not share the data with third parties, other than the hosting provider that runs the website.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to restrict its processing. To exercise these, email info@byc.ee. You may also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.
